Half term survived

Hooray we have all survived half-term rather jolly happily. Had fun taking boys to the Zoo, Crealy, cycling and I may have even played some Wii with them! Not a big fan of computer games and things - strictly a Scrabble/card game sort of gal. But I do quite like a few Wii games and sadly got rather excited by my score today...

It is the highest I have ever got - I think my excitement of doing well at part 1 and 2 made me lose it when it came to part 3 - but heck might be the first time I have got higher than husband and boys!!

I recently bought this lovely little spice rack and decided to fill it with buttons and beads. And oh how lovely it looks on my dresser.

Just a little section of my dresser - one quarter

When walking my dogs the other morning I passed this window and thought it just brilliant, so great had to drive by and take a sneaky pic. It was the actual day that the Queen had spent 60 years on the throne. The people in this house printed out the sheet that says the dates and '60 glorious years - God save the Queen'.

I have really been enjoying throwing myself back into my Jamie at Home work - had a great day out with our regional director pioneering - think we are rather fortunate in our leader who gives her time so freely. Below is a little display I did for my team meeting. Remember if you are interested in Jamie at Home at all then have a look at my website www.molly-mole.co.uk

Oh and Valentine's Day - whilst I acted like a complete mean idiot, my rather nice husband did give me this lovely hand crafted brooch. Like a mixture of my 2 jolly dogs in one! I am not a fan of the day - a time of over priced cards/flowers and all that. Not great for people on their own. Commercialised shite really. Love freely and not just on one day. But hey I love my brooch and flowers...

And now to enjoy a nice weekend with some swimming, walks and who knows what else we might do! Oh it is good to be jolly.
